1. Introduction

By enrolling in membership, training, or services through The Order of Resolution, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation, payments, responsibilities, and use of our website and services. These terms exist to protect both members and the mission we serve under Christ. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership & Programs

• Foundation Requirement: All members begin with Training in Biblical Manhood. This is the basis of membership and access to The Forge.
• Martial Training: American Ninjutsu and Resolute Combatives are available as in-person add-ons at our Arlington, TX location. We encourage members to participate in these disciplines if able.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll independently. Youth may participate with parental or guardian consent. Women and families are welcomed in supportive and community roles.
• Honor Guard Pricing: Veterans, first responders, and security professionals remain enrolled in Training in Biblical Manhood at $20/month. If they choose to add martial training, they are automatically granted access to both martial programs at a combined discounted rate of $10/month (billed separately), bringing their total to $30/month.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Standard Pricing:
  Training in Biblical Manhood: $20/month (basis for all members)
  American Ninjutsu: +$15/month (in-person, Arlington, TX)
  Resolute Combatives: +$15/month (in-person, Arlington, TX)
  Both Martial Programs: +$25/month (full martial path)
• Honor Guard Pricing: Training in Biblical Manhood remains $20/month, and both martial programs are available together for $10/month, billed separately, for a total of $30/month.
• Billing Cycle: Payments are collected on a monthly recurring basis through the payment method selected at checkout.
• Taxes: Training in Biblical Manhood is non-taxable. Martial training programs may be exempt under Texas instructional services rules, but are billed separately to ensure compliance.
• Late or Failed Payments: We reserve the right to pause access to The Forge or in-person training until payment is resolved.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, as they represent access to digital discipleship resources, mentorship, and community.
• Cancellations: Members may cancel at any time through their account portal or by contacting us at [insert support email]. Access to The Forge and in-person training will end at the close of the paid billing cycle.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of documented hardship, we may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

By joining, you agree to uphold the standards of Biblical manhood, Biblical Chivalry, and Christian virtue, including, but not limited to:

• Integrity, honesty, and respect in dealings with instructors and members.
• Commitment to use martial training responsibly and never for unlawful, abusive, or exploitative purposes.
• Avoidance of toxic behaviors (anger, pride, deceit, exploitation) and openness to correction.
• Respect for women, children, and families as part of the broader community.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Participant Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any training program with The Order of Resolution LLC, whether in person or online, you:

• Acknowledge and understand that martial training and physical exercise involve risks of injury.
• Assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, equipment use, and physical contact.
• Release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Order of Resolution LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, accident, illness, or damages arising out of participation in training, events, or use of facilities.
• Agree to seek medical clearance prior to beginning physical training and to disclose any conditions that may affect safe participation.

This release applies to you, your heirs, assigns, and representatives, and is a condition of participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on orderofresolution.com, including lessons, guides, videos, logos, and imagery, is owned by The Order of Resolution LLC. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without express written consent.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected for membership, billing, and community participation is kept secure and used only to deliver services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Non-payment.
• Breach of Code of Conduct.
• Misuse of training for unlawful or harmful activity.
• Actions contrary to the mission and values of The Order of Resolution.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we provide training in Biblical manhood, martial arts, and chivalric principles, individual results vary. Growth requires personal effort, accountability, and commitment. We do not guarantee spiritual, relational, or physical outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas courts, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on orderofresolution.com. Continued use of membership or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
