1. General Policy

Membership fees and program payments represent access to discipleship materials, training, and community. Because these resources are delivered immediately and ongoing, all payments are non-refundable except as outlined below.

2. Membership Structure & Billing

• Training in Biblical Manhood ($20/month): This is the foundational program and billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Martial Training (American Ninjutsu and Resolute Combatives): Available as add-ons, billed separately to remain tax-compliant.
• Honor Guard Pricing: Veterans, first responders, and security professionals remain enrolled in Training in Biblical Manhood at $20/month. If martial training is added, both martial programs are included together for $10/month (billed separately), bringing the total to $30/month.

3. Cancellations

• Members may cancel at any time by logging into their account portal or contacting us at [insert support email].
• Access to The Forge and all member resources continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• No partial-month refunds are provided.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges due to system error.
• Proven billing error caused by us.
• Documented medical or financial hardship (reviewed case by case).

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of The Order of Resolution LLC and may take up to 10 business days to process.

5. Events, Seminars & Merchandise

• Events & Seminars: Tickets and registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable if approved in writing prior to the event.
• Merchandise: Physical products (e.g., uniforms, training gear) may be eligible for exchange or store credit if defective or incorrect, provided items are returned unused within 14 days.

6. Responsibility of the Member

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Maintain valid payment methods.
• Cancel before your next billing date if you wish to end membership.
• Accept that fees represent an investment in training, discipleship, and brotherhood—not entertainment.
